This FIM ( Franchise Information Memorandum ) was developed for the purpose of answering the most important question that you may have regarding the Herfy® franchise system and opportunity. After studying the FIM, the first step in the application process is to fill out the application Form and sign a LOI ( Letter of Intent ) which enables Herfy®FSC to proceed in discussing the prospective franchise right in your chosen territory. Having signed the LOI which constitutes the complete memorandum of understanding and the confidentiality agreement between both parties, you will need to attend further mutual evaluation meeting(s), go through financial background analysis, but most of all, before signing the area development franchise agreement, you need to study it thoroughly before you commit to this business venture.
